Development loan system
This bounty is a pot to go towards ROOL purchasing a fully-working, modern RISC OS 5 based system (e.g. based around a Beagle Board) and installing the development tools onto it. This could then be lent, free of charge, to developers chosen by ROOL so that they can complete specific tasks.
