Touch screen driver now in cvs

A brand new RISC OS touch screen driver for the D-WAV eGalax monitor, written by Thomas Milius, is now being hosted in our cvs repository. For those of you who are interested, sources to this component can be found at the following location:

bsd/RiscOS/Sources/ThirdParty/TMilius/HWSupport/Input/TchScrn
