Overview
DeviceFS driver for two 16550-style serial ports. Originally written for NCs (eg Lazarus) in which two serial ports share an interrupt on the ISA combo chip (the same arrangement exists on Risc PC and A7000 hardware but the second port is unwired). Also supports separate interrupts for each port. Port hardware is accessed via the HAL.
