Use
This *Command collects together free space on a disc by moving files.
Syntax
*Compact [disc_spec]
Parameters
| disc_spec | Name or number of disc drive |
Notes
If no parameter is passed, then the compaction operation is performed on the current disc.
This command works on either floppy or hard discs.
