*Configure Boot

Use

This *Command sets the configured boot action so that a power-on, reset or Ctrl-Break runs a boot file.

Syntax

*Configure Boot

Parameters

None.

Notes

If the shift key is pressed when a machine is powered on, or reset, then no boot will take place.

The boot process looks for the &.!Boot file, and if found runs it, as set by the *Opt 4 command.

A boot process can be disabled at any time by issuing *FX 255? command.

NoBoot is the default setting.

Any change takes effect on the next power-on or hard reset.
