0-15 Logical colour = actual colour
16 Logical colour = RGB
17 1^st^ flash = RGB
18 2^nd^ flash = RGB
24 Border colour = RGB
25 Pointer colour = RGB

Notes

Add 128 to set supremacy bit.

Only the top four bits of RGB are currently in use. However, it is advisable to set the bottom bits to equal the top bits for future-proofing.
