R0 Palette entry
R1 Destination mode, or -1 for current mode
R2 Destination palette pointer, or
  -1 for current palette, or
  0 for default for the current mode
Exit
R0 Colour number
R1 Preserved
R2 Preserved

Use

This purpose of this call is to return the furthest colour number, given a specific palette entry with the destination screen mode and palette.

Notes

The 24-bit palette entries are in the &BBGGRR00 format.
