Input buffer full event

Entry  
R0 1
R1 Buffer number, bit 31 set for block operation
R2 Byte that could not be inserted (if single byte operation), or
Pointer to data (if block operation)
R3 Number of bytes not inserted (if block operation)

Use

This event is raised when an attempt is made to insert a character into a full input buffer which has event generation enabled?.
