Use
This message is broadcast by !Alarm when an application goes off.
Notes
If the message is not acknowledged, then !Alarm prompts the user to start the application (with a non-multitasking error box dialog box), and defers the alarm for 1 minute, before restarting this message broadcast broadcast procedure.
