Use

The purpose of this call is to set the duration of the second flash colour in frames-per-second.

Notes

A duration of 0 means display the second colour constantly. The current duration may be read with OS_Byte 194, and may also be set with VDU 23,10?.

The first flash colour duration can be set using OS_Byte 9.
