R0 0 for claim, or 1 for release
R1 Bytes required
Exit
If C flag set, memory not claimed, if clear then memory claimed
R0 Preserved
R1 Bytes available
R2 Start address

Use

The purpose of this call is to claim spare memory allocated as screen memory.

Notes

Can only be claimed if no other bank than bank 1 has been used.

While claimed, you must now cause the screen to scroll.
