R0 Pointer to net and station number block
R1 Pointer to buffer for resulting string

Use

The purpose of this call is to convert the network and station number to a string.

Notes

The output is in the form nnn.sss, but suppresses zeros and spaces to yield the shortest string – hence if the network is 0 no network number or “.” is placed in the buffer.
