Use
The purpose of this call is set the Library Directory (Lib) and filing system.
Notes
If a pointer to "" is used, then the default for this filing system is used.
On FileCore-based systems, the default is to search &.Library, $.Library and @.
To unset the Library Directory use OS_FSControl 45.
