Bits Meaning
0-7 1
28 Drain write buffer
29 Flush one entry (otherwise complete flush)
30 Flush processor TLBs
31 Flush processor caches
All other bits are reserved, and must be zero

Notes

Bit 29 is currently ignored. Future versions may correct.
