Text Sprite Justification

H V R Text Sprite
0 0 0 Bottom Left Top Left
0 1 0 Bottom Right Top Right
0 1 1 Centre Left Centre Right
1 0 0 Bottom Centre Top Centre
1 1 0 Centre Centre
1 1 1 Centre Right Centre Left

An icon that is configured to display both text and sprite (using indirect data) allows for multiple methods of displaying the text and sprite. The table above details all the different configurations. The *H*orizontal, *V*ertical and *R*ight bits are used to specify each configuration.

If text and sprite overlaps, text will always be displayed on top.
