Wimp_ CreateIcon

This purpose of this call is to create an icon.

This SWI has two syntax forms: icon bar and window.

1. The icon bar form creates and displays an icon on the icon bar. An icon can be positioned next to a specific icon, or displayed in order of priority.
2. The window form creates an icon that is part of a window. It does not, however, automatically update the window.
