Use
The purpose of this call is to edit the Wimp palette values.
Notes
In 16 colour screen modes the video palette is also edited, and in other modes the Wimp’s colour lookup table may change.
For the change to take affect, the screen must be redrawn.
It causes Service_WimpPalette to be issued.
