Does the IOMD Rom include a CMOS info and if so – where is it in the Rom.
If RO 5 is softloaded over RO4 – there seems to be change in startup window size.

With Softload util – there seems to be somekind of squeeze option – can the Rom file be squeezed?

Nope.
It expects to store the CMOS settings in the CMOS chip.
In RPCEmu this is emulated with the file cmos.ram which is simply a file of the hex values normally stored in the cmos chip. Presumably something similar in Red Squirrel.
