Isn’t PiSerial for the onboard serial port (GPIO), while SerialUSB is for exactly what it says on the tin?
You may be looking in the wrong place. https://elinux.org/RPi_Serial_Connection That said, if you have a recent enough ROM (like 2017 or later!), you should not use PiSerial at all, the internal serial driver (OS_SerialOp etc) talks to the port. However, in your case, it’s a USB serial device, use SerialUSB. |
