RISC OS Open (ROOL) is staffed entirely by volunteers so your best route to support is through our forums, where your questions will be seen by ROOL and by other members of the RISC OS community:
The ROOL forums are the central resource for people in the community to ask questions and discuss hot topics. There is also a wiki under constant development on the ROOL site:
At the moment, the wiki is mostly of interest to developers, whereas the forum is for everyone.
