*Audio

Use

This *Command can be used to turn the sound system on or off, or to select the default audio controller device.

Syntax

*Audio on|off|deviceid

Parameters

on or off Turn sound system on or off
deviceid Select default controller device by specifying ID string

Notes

When the sound system is switched off all Channel Handlers and Scheduler activity is stopped. Software interrupts are still allowed, even though no sound will be produced.
