Use
The purpose of this call is to renumber dynamic areas.
Notes
This call is intended for system use only, and should not be used.
On completion, Service_DynamicAreaRenumber is issued to inform the rest of the system about this change.
An error is returned if the area specified by the old area number does not exist or if the new number clashes with an existing area.
