Use
This *Command erases a single named file or empty directory.
Syntax
*Remove object_spec
Parameters
| object_spec | Valid (wildcarded) pathname specifying a file or emprty directory |
Notes
No error message is given if the object does not exist.
Wildcards must not be used in the last component of the pathname. i.e. the name of the file or directory.
