Escaping problem when browsing CVS files whose names contain a comma

and click on the link for !Mk,fd7.

The comma is escaped to %2C, which results in “Error: rool/RiscOS/Sources/Apps/Edit/!Mk%2Cfd7: no such file or directory”.
