Courtesy of the mess made in Ticket #163, I think it would be worth linking the textile reference and preview tool from somewhere obvious. I would suggest the bug report form but, as textile is also used on the forums, it’s probably not the right place.

The textile support in Collaboa seems shaky – I need to upgrade to see if that helps and there are long-term bugs in the tracker (see 2nd Site Release milestone) – but I think that you need to put a space after the "bq":

Does textile work at all in the ticket description field? Those lines beginning with "bq." should have been block quoted.
