!Paint doesn't redraw palette windows correctly

When selecting colours in the top right of the palette, the previously selected colour remains highlighted.

This seems to be a redraw issue; if you “rub” another window over the top of the palette it is redrawn correctly.
It may be related to some of the paint spray can changes, I say that because with a 16 colour palette you can select 2/3/6/7 simultaneously, a brief click on 12 leaves all 5 selected, but a prolonged click on 12 redraws correctly.

Turns out this was a variant of Ticket #447, so !Paint downloaded from this site after 01-Aug-2018 will redraw OK. !Paint’s version number is unchanged.
