ChangeFSI exits if the CompressPNG module can't be loaded

If PNG output is selected but the CompressPNG module can’t be loaded, ChangeFSI will report the error “ChangeFSI requires the CompressPNG module to perform this operation”, and then exit instead of allowing a different output format to be selected.
