Create a better HTTPS certificate with the ROOL domain etc. inside, rather than pond.org.uk.

Gave up trying to do anything cheap; popular web browsers neatly stitch up webmasters by only including (expensive) commercial CAs. Comodo’s InstantSSL was OK, so I went with that – spent another chunk of Hard Earned just to avoid “don’t view this web site” in MSIE 7. Sigh. Still, at least it’s a professional approach.
Changeset #159 includes the changes to Hub to display the Comodo SSL logo.
