User settings page to summarise topic subscriptions

If possible, a page summarising e-mail notification (subscription) to RForum topics would be good. The user could, say, toggle option buttons to change their subscription settings in bulk. The Hub could link from it; related issue: some way to plug in links to remote control panels for Hub, to avoid hard-coding?

Beast’s “monitorships” mechanism does something very similar to the above and is definitely good enough to consider the feature as implemented.
