*Opt 4

Use

This *Command sets the boot action for the current filing system.

Syntax

*Opt 4 [[,]n]

Parameters

n Boot option (0 – 3)
0 = No boot action
1 = *Load boot file
2 = *Run boot file
3 = *Exec boot file

Notes

The *Exec setting will override the configured language setting. If you wish to enter the Desktop environment after executing a file, then the file should end with the *Desktop command.
